Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Jia Maan is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Lost packages due to incorrect delivery information
If you notice an error, contact us ASAP — we’ll try our best to update it before your order ships.
Missed Delivery
If your package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an undeliverable address:
We can re-ship it (shipping charges will apply)
Or issue a store credit (excluding shipping fees)
In-Store Pickup (if applicable)
If you offer local pickup:
Customers can choose the “In-store Pickup” option during checkout.
You’ll be notified when the order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.
