Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags are intact and the item is in resaleable condition.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

  • The item is not listed as final sale or non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes (unless defective)

  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Exchanges

We allow size or style exchanges (based on availability). If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (wrong or defective item).

How to Initiate a Return
  • Email us at support@jiamaan.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to our return address (provided via email).

  • Once received and approved, we’ll proceed with your exchange, refund, or store credit.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is incorrect or defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
